My player is NOT verified and/or my player did not receive any points after playing at a Challenger and/or World Tour. Why?

Kindly note that unverified players do not receive ranking points from Pro Events.

In order to verify a player, team managers should go to the VTM and check for the non-verified player in the roster, on the right column after each player´s name,  that will be shown with a tick or an X.

Then TM should click on the 3 dots (as shown in the screenshot below)  which will open the window to request the player´s verification.  

Then once the request is processed his points will be updated. Note that process to review verification can take up to 10 working days.
