In play.fiba3x3.com there might be duplicate profiles of you. Some might have been entered by the organiser and some by you.
If you have a confirmed profile - meaning, you are 13 years or older and have yourself set up the profile at https://play.fiba3x3.com/signup and have confirmed your email address, all the previous profiles of you, including those nicknames you used when you were under 13, can be merged to you profile, so that the list of your played events will be complete.
You need to request the profile merging by filling the following User Support form form.
When asking for a profile merge, be explicit
- which profiles you want merged. Please search for the web page of each profile from the player directory and provide the exact the profile web address in the format https://play.fiba3x3.com/players/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx such as https://play.fiba3x3.com/players/f20a6ede-97d4-4575-8f20-fb51cd19f87d
- which user name (i.e. which email address) -related profile should be the "final one".
Here's an example
In the case of non-matching data, do note that FIBA user support may ask you to provide supporting evidence that the profiles to be merged are indeed of the same person and belong to you. Be aware that all merge requests are tracked and can be rolled back. Claiming somebody else's profiles is a sanctionable violation of the Terms & Conditions.
Rankings are calculated every day at @1200 UTC, after which only the correct, combined ranking points will be visible in your profile. We recommend self-registering to all the future events with this merged profile in order to prevent further duplicates.
