I received an email about Automatic Allocation to an event but I did not register. What is an Automatic Allocation and how I apply for it?

All validated teams receive on Tuesdays of the weeks where automatic allocation takes place a notification with the status of automatic allocation and the registered teams to a specific Challenger. Then, one day after, an updated with the final allocation of the automatically allocated spots.

Any validated team can request automatic allocation to any Challenger through the VTM, the instructions on how those spots are allocated can be found at art 4.5 of the Pro circuit Handbook. This process take places 5 Wednesdays before each Challenger.

A few notes in case your team would like to register for automatic allocation to any CH:

  • An appearance fee is provided to teams qualified through this method, but this is paid at the end of the month after the event has been played, not earlier. Exact amounts to be found here.

  • Registered teams are expected to attend the Challenger, if they fail to do so, sanctions will be applied as per the regulation.

  • Team Manager can cancel the registration for automatic allocation at any time through the VTM, but once the registration is cancelled, is not possible to register again for AA for that specific Challenger.
